1. About these terms
These Terms of Use are provided by USA Bz Hub, the legal business operating this website, and govern your use of USA Bz Hub at usabzhub.com and the marketplace features we make available. Read them alongside our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account or submit content. A separate written agreement may govern a paid service or professional engagement; it takes priority for that service if it conflicts with these terms. These terms do not remove rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow you to waive.
2. Our role and current availability
USA Bz Hub provides a platform for discovering businesses, commercial properties, franchises, brokers, and business services. Browsing a listing or contacting a participant does not make USA Bz Hub your broker, agent, fiduciary, lawyer, accountant, lender, escrow provider, or party to a transaction. Professional services require a separate engagement with the identified provider and any required licenses. We do not guarantee a sale, financing, investment return, tax reduction, or business outcome.
The current website includes clearly identified fictional listings, sample profiles, illustrative stock images, and demonstration account screens. These examples are not offers to sell actual businesses or properties. Demonstration subscriptions, payments, inquiries, and dashboard actions do not create purchases, paid placements, or communications to outside recipients. Live authentication, when enabled, processes real account information as described in our Privacy Policy. A screen or button alone does not mean a service is live.
3. Eligibility and account security
You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter agreements to create an account. If acting for a company, owner, or brokerage, you must have authority to do so. Provide accurate information and keep it current. Do not impersonate another person, share verification codes, create accounts to evade restrictions, or give others access to your session.
Where required by the live service, complete email and phone verification. A verified email or phone number confirms control of that contact method; it is not a background check, professional license verification, endorsement, or guarantee of a listing. Social sign-in remains subject to the provider's terms. Notify the operator through an available support channel if you suspect unauthorized access.
4. Sellers, brokers, and listing content
Submit only opportunities you own or are authorized to represent. Descriptions, pricing, financial figures, availability, images, and representations must be accurate, lawful, and not misleading. Identify material assumptions and whether figures are historical, estimated, or projected. Do not fabricate earnings, reviews, licenses, verification badges, or ownership claims. Update or remove unavailable opportunities promptly.
You are responsible for required permissions, professional licenses, notices, and disclosures. A website listing does not replace a franchise disclosure document, business opportunity disclosure, property disclosure, agency agreement, or other document required by applicable law. Do not upload confidential documents, personal identifiers, third-party contact lists, or images you lack rights to use. Listings and advertisements must comply with applicable nondiscrimination laws.
5. Buyer responsibility and transactions
Independently investigate any opportunity and the identity and authority of its representative. Verify financial statements, ownership, licenses, zoning, lease conditions, liabilities, and other material facts with qualified advisers. Listed figures and asking prices are not valuations or promises of future performance. A directory entry or paid placement is not an endorsement.
Participants negotiate and document their own transactions, confidentiality arrangements, commissions, financing, inspections, and closing obligations. Unless expressly stated in a separate signed agreement, USA Bz Hub does not hold funds, provide escrow, insure transactions, or resolve contractual disputes between participants. Do not transfer money based solely on an online listing or message.
6. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for fraud, unlawful activity, harassment, discriminatory conduct, spam, malware, credential theft, or infringement of another person's rights. Do not bypass access controls, probe private data, overload the service, misrepresent your role, scrape personal information, or resell account access. Automated access must respect applicable access restrictions and must not interfere with the service. You may not use the platform to market unlawful goods or services or publish content unrelated to its business purpose.
7. Your content and our intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content to a live publishing feature, you grant USA Bz Hub a nonexclusive license to host, reproduce, format, and display it as needed to operate that feature and show it to the audience you selected. This does not transfer ownership or grant a right to sell your private documents. The license ends when the content is removed, except for reasonable backup retention, legal obligations, and copies already lawfully shared with other participants.
Our branding, software, and original site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party materials remain subject to their owners' rights. You may browse and use the site for its intended purpose; you may not claim ownership of our branding or republish the marketplace as your own. Report alleged infringement with the relevant URL, identification of the work, your relationship to the rights holder, and a way to contact you. We do not represent that a statutory copyright agent has been designated.
8. Advertising, plans, and fees
Sponsored or paid placements must be identified as advertising. Placement is not a verification of quality, profitability, or suitability. Advertisers are responsible for substantiating claims and obtaining rights to their creative materials. We may reject content that violates these terms.
The current demonstration does not take subscription payments or sell advertising inventory. Any future paid service must clearly disclose its price, duration, renewal terms, cancellation process, and refund policy before you agree or are charged. These terms alone do not authorize a charge or automatic renewal. We do not promise leads, impressions, conversions, or revenue unless a separate agreement expressly provides a measurable commitment.
9. Privacy and third-party services
Our Privacy Policy explains account data, verification messages, browser storage, and optional analytics. Do not submit another person's information without appropriate authority. Requesting an authentication code does not enroll you in marketing. Third-party websites, identity providers, maps, and professional providers have their own terms and privacy practices. A link does not mean we control or endorse that service.
10. Moderation and account restrictions
We may review, decline, request changes to, remove, or suspend listings and accounts where reasonably necessary to address suspected violations, security risks, misleading information, legal requirements, or service disruption. We may act without advance notice when delay could cause harm. When practical and lawful, we will explain the action and provide an opportunity to respond through an available support channel. Moderation does not mean every listing or user has been investigated. You may stop using the service at any time; account-data requests follow the Privacy Policy.
11. Availability and disclaimers
We work to maintain a useful service, but interruptions, errors, outdated content, and security incidents can occur. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and third-party content are provided as available, without warranties of uninterrupted operation, completeness, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or noninfringement. Nothing here excludes a warranty or duty that cannot legally be excluded. Keep your own copies of important business records.
12. Responsibility and limitations
To the extent permitted by applicable law, USA Bz Hub is not responsible for losses caused by another participant's misrepresentations, failed negotiations, or independent business decisions, and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits or lost opportunities arising from use of the site. This limitation does not exclude responsibility for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence where it cannot be excluded, or any liability that applicable law prohibits limiting. No provision requires you to waive nonwaivable consumer rights.
13. Changes and disputes
We may update these terms as features change. We will display the revised effective date and give notice of material changes through the service; where required, we will seek renewed agreement before those changes apply. Changes do not retroactively authorize charges or remove accrued rights. Please raise concerns with the operator using a functioning support channel so we can try to resolve them. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a particular court venue. Applicable law and ordinary jurisdiction rules determine available remedies.
